Rental & Leasing

Rental of Equipment (Short Term)

RTSL's short term rental program is designed for customers who have a temporary requirement for additional equipment. This program is a Document Scanner and Microfilm / Microfiche hardware only rental solution, designed for periods of 1 month - 12 months.

Response Technical Systems carries a selection of Document scanners and Microfilm and Microfiche scanners / reader printers, available to rent. Rental equipment is fully supported on-site for the term of the rental (Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, excluding public holidays).

Lease of Equipment

Leasing your Document Imaging equipment spreads the cost equally across the chosen period, releasing your cash for other purposes. Leasing terms are typically 2-5 years, and as payments are 100% allowable against pretax profits, the actual cost of leasing is considerably less than you may think.
