How to Order 

RTS Imaging Superstore allows you to locate the correct item by searching within Product type, Manufacturer or Scanner model type categories. You can also search using the free search field using a relavant search term or part number or catalogue number if known.  Should you be unable to find the item you are looking for or are not sure of the items you need to order, please call our Sales department on 01737 244408 or email us and one of our staff will be pleased to help you.

After you have found the item you want, simply indicate the quantity you require and provided you have finished shopping, move directly to our secure checkout area.  At this point you will be given a choice of delivery options, choose the one that best meets your needs to complete the ordering process.  If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order one of our representatives will contact you.

Payment Options

Imaging Superstore is able to offer a number of convenient payment options. For your preferred option please see below.

1.     Credit and Debit Cards

Our secure payment system allows you to pay by credit or debit card.  Prior to shipping any goods, all Credit & Debit card payments are validated using Royal Bank of Scotland’s extensive security checking system.  No goods will be despatched until we receive official notification that payment has been approved.  Goods paid for by credit or Debit card will only be delivered to the address of the cardholder.  If you require goods to be delivered to an alternative address, they will need to contact us for further payment options.

2.     Payment by Invoice

Customers may wish to consider opening a 30-day credit.  If you wish to apply for a credit account, print off and complete the account opening form and return it to us either by post to Response Technical Services Ltd., Pool House, Bancroft Road, Reigate Surrey. RH2 7RP or by Fax to 0044 (0) 1737 242472.  Our credit approval process normally takes 24 hours.  Once this has been completed on of our sales team will contact you to discuss you order requirements.

3.     Payment in Advance

To pay in advance please contact our offices on 044 (0) 1737 244408.  We will take details of the goods you wish to order and process your order providing you with a unique reference number for you to quote on payments.  Once payment has been received and the funds are cleared your goods will be despatched to you without further delay.  Customers may pay for goods in advance by Cheque or Bankers draft.  Please note we do not accept cash payments.
