Free Gift Promotion  Terms & Conditions
1.     All free gift promotions are subject to either specific time scales or limited availability. All timed promotions will end at midnight on the final advertised date of the promotion. Limited availability promotions will end once stocks are exhausted.
2.      Where we are unable to provide the advertised free gift or suitable substitute, we will advise you prior to processing your order.
3.     Promotion applies to UK and Northern Ireland customers only and only one free gift per customer.   
4.     Where possible your free gift will be dispatched within 28 days of your receipt of your order.
5.     If you exchange your product for a different model you may no longer be eligible for the free gift   If you are in any doubt as to which products qualify for our free gift promotion,  please contact a member of our sales team on 01737 244408 for advice.   
6.     Where you have already received your free gift, but wish to return the goods under our Returns Policy You must also return the free gift,   
7.     The free gift must be returned in as good a condition as it was in when you received it, with its original packaging along with your product and any other items being returned. If the free gift is damaged and such damage is your fault, or if you fail to return the free gift to us, you will be liable to pay us a sum equal to the full value of such item when new and selling at full price.
8.     We reserve the right to substitute the free gift offered with a similar free gift at the same or higher value than the free gift offered in our promotion.  
9.     No cash alternatives are available.
10. Response Technical Services will not be held responsible under any circumstances for the late delivery of any promotional free gift, No members of our staff are authorised to provide assurances to customers or perspective purchasers of specific delivery dates for these gifts.  
11. Your free gift may come with a warranty from the manufacturer. It is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer or visit the manufacturer's website in order to register your free gift for the warranty.
12. If you experience any problems with your free gift, you should first visit the manufacturer's website and use the troubleshooting function to try to resolve the problem.
