Warranty upgrade cover provides on-site hardware support for the period purchased. (1 or 3 Years) A targeted priority response and fix time will be provided in line with the option purchased. In addition to equipment breakdown support, warranty upgrade customers may also request up to 2 preventative maintenance visits per contractual year.
Service is provided Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.00pm excluding public holidays. Within the Mainland UK Only.
