Document Scanner Support & Warranty Upgrades
Response Technical Services Limited provides direct on-site service support to Fujitsu, Canon, Kodak, Panasonic & Bell& Howell document scanners and microfilm hardware. Response Technical Service’s engineers are strategically placed throughout the UK to ensure we are able to meet our response and fix time targets. Our team is supported by our call management system. This system helps us to track response and fix times for every call to ensure we meet our customers needs.
Contract customers receive as standard. 8 working hour response to all call outs, this is can be up graded to 4 hours where the business needs require, all standard replacement parts ( excluding consumables ) and up to 2 routine maintenance visits per contractual year.
Response Technical Services also offers non-contractual on-site support for which call out fees are fixed and labour is charged in 30-minute intervals.
