Service contracts can be tailored to meet customers specific needs.   Our standard contract termes provides 8 hour response, parts & labour with up to 2 preventative maintenance visits per contractual year. Response Technical Services preventative maintenance program allows customers to schedule routine maintenance visits during quiet periods to ensure the minimum disruption to your business. Preventative maintenance is an important tool in preventing unforeseen equipment breakdowns and ensuring the best possible paper transport and image quality from your document scanner.
